Venue Usage
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is used responsibly and remains clean and tidy throughout the event. Any damage caused to the property, fixtures, or furnishings by guests, vendors, or any activities during the event will be assessed, and the repair or replacement cost will be charged to the client. Proper supervision and adherence to venue policies are required at all times.
Decorations and Setup
All decorations must comply with safety guidelines and receive prior approval from the management team to ensure the venue’s integrity and guest safety. The client or their decorators must complete setup and teardown within the allocated timeframe to avoid delays or disruptions to other events. Any use of prohibited materials or activities that could cause damage will result in penalties.
Vendors and Catering
To maintain high service standards, The Grand Gardens collaborates with a list of approved vendors. External vendors are permitted but must obtain prior authorization from the management. The client is responsible for ensuring that external vendors adhere to the venue’s policies and standards.
Liability
The Grand Gardens is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Clients are encouraged to designate someone to oversee valuables and ensure the safety of personal items. All guests and vendors are expected to act responsibly to minimize risks.
Unavoidable Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond the venue’s control, The Grand Gardens reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. The management will make every effort to communicate promptly and find alternative solutions to minimize inconvenience.
